How moved I was to be at Sunday's anti-racism Solidarity Walk

How disturbed I am that these actions are still needed

How fortunate I am to be here on this Earth at this time, able to do my small part

We are born to breathe

In a safe and just world, everyone has the opportunity to breathe deep, long, free

Each day, I choose to believe

A better world is possible
